This dynamic role sits at the heart of a high-performing sales organization, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership while ensuring seamless operational execution. You will combine executive support, sales operations, and cross-functional coordination to maximize efficiency and impact across the business. Acting as both a strategic enabler and hands-on operator, you will manage priorities, streamline processes, and provide critical insights that support decision-making at the highest level. The role requires strong judgment, proactive thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will also serve as a key liaison across teams, ensuring alignment and momentum on key initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Manage executive-level calendar, inbox, and scheduling priorities, ensuring optimal time allocation and seamless coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Oversee travel planning and logistics, ensuring efficient execution and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for leadership and board-level reviews
  • Partner with CRM and sales teams to improve processes, enforce data hygiene, and enhance pipeline visibility
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for executive leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional quality
  • Coordinate sales enablement initiatives, including meetings, trainings, and organizational events
  • Act as a representative of the Sales function in cross-functional meetings, driving alignment and follow-through on key initiatives
  • Track requests, escalations, and action items, proactively ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Identify operational gaps and risks, proposing solutions and driving continuous improvement
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience supporting senior executives and/or working in sales operations, revenue operations, or a fast-paced commercial environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
    • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and building reports or dashboards
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging executive stakeholders
    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from high-level planning to detailed execution
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, high-ownership approach
    • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
