Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu planning, food management, and team leadership within the hospitality industry. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals. Responsibilities • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences. • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation. • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste. • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences of guests. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff. • Monitor food costs and labor expenses while maintaining quality standards in food service. • Assist in bartending duties as needed during events or high-volume service periods. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry. • Strong skills in menu planning, inventory management, and food management practices. • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. • Knowledge of hospitality principles and best practices in food service operations. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and guests. • A passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
