Executive Chef

EXECUTIVE CHEF, 3 DIFFERENT ITALIAN CONCEPTS As an Executive Chef, you will: • Manage daily shifts which include decision making, and staff relations • Understanding of Italian food flavors, aromas, characteristics, ingredients and wines to ensure an excellent guest experience • Manage guest requests with ease, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction • Develop an environment of continuous learning and open feedback • Make corrective actions as needed • Actively work the line with an ability to anticipate needs to improve service, and help the team. • Evaluate prep levels and food quality prior to each shift • Food ordering • Food inventory • Scheduling Reporting to:This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications: • 5+years of full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurant kitchen management experience • Upscale Italian Food experience a must • Food safety certified manager • Dependable, honest and responsible • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Dependable, reliable, and motivated • Able to work ten-hour plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time • Must be able to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed • Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds • Strong attention to detail • Efficient in Microsoft Office • Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking a huge plus About the Company Who we are:We are a group of family-owned restaurants that continually strive for the best ingredients and service for our guests.
