Position Overview
Provides high-level administrative support to the President and other senior leaders with emphasis on discretion/confidentiality, with a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary along with detailed knowledge of the organizational set-up, procedures, and people.

- Manage appointments, calendar and travel arrangements, including co-travel when relevant.
- Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve immediately.
- Support with misc. projects and organizing of in-office VIP customer visits, employee events, planning of President's Club, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with Direct Reports and off-site/international contacts.
- Screen and independently handles inquiries. Explain and interpret tasks and decisions on behalf of the President.
- Facilitates smooth communication between the President, Senior Leaders, managers and employees, as well as between the President and external parties such as customers and industry associations.
- Gather, compile and analyze information for the President to be used in documents such as memos, reports, presentations etc.

Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education: 2-year Associates Degree
Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience at VP level or higher
Travel: Up to 15%

Working Environment: Hybrid, Combination of Office and Remote Work, 3+ days in office per week.
Physical Demands: Sitting, Standing, Typing
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Standard business hours Monday - Friday. At times flexible hours will be required.
