Executive Coordinator

WHO WE ARE:   

THE CHALLENGE:

This is a unique opportunity to work on inter-departmental tasks and projects assisting with coordination while also supporting executive level leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON:

• Heavy calendar and schedule management
• Assist with projects as required while maintaining progression of projects in aligned project trackers
• Maintain electronic filing structure
• Communicating with office and building management regarding minor repairs.
• Assist with all administrative tasks associated with recruiting efforts (ie. Scheduling, follow-ups and onboarding)
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, food and beverages in the kitchen
• Coordinate travel arrangements which may include flights, car service and accommodations
• Coordinates meetings and events including preparing and distributing agendas and other materials, reserving and preparing facilities, coordinating food/beverage service
• Attends meetings and other functions as needed
• Other administrative tasks as needed including note taking, research, running errands etc.
