Executive Coordinator

Charles IT is looking for an Executive Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about using their organizational skill set to assist our executive leadership team to maintain and execute upon their dynamic schedules and priorities.

Located in Middletown and Stamford, CT, Charles IT is a leading IT Managed Service Provider that supports over 200 clients throughout New England. The Executive Coordinator role is an essential player in making sure that the organization runs efficiently and allows for our executive team to trust a dedicated coordinator with the behind-the-scenes logistics so that they can direct their attention to the initiatives and focuses that continue to push the company forward.

A successful Executive Coordinator would help us deliver on:

• Own our executive team's schedules, including coordinating internal and external meetings and executive travel.
• Gatekeeping the team's availability based on current priorities, ensuring top focuses are met and kept on schedule.
• Serve as the first point of communication and representation of our leadership team to vendors, partners, and general correspondence.
• Adapt to time-sensitive and moving deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• Full time with an expected 40-45 hours a week
