About Us and the Role:

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Creative Director. Over the past few years Coro has received $175M in funding and is one of the fastest growing Cybersecurity companies in the world. The funding is primarily being used to enhance the Coro All-in-One Cybersecurity SaaS platform and for additional headcount growth, as Coro continues to expand globally.

Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is also headquartered in Chicago, IL with additional offices in New York, London, and remotely across the globe. As a global organization, Coro gives you the ability to work with people and teammates from around the world. 

We like to refer to our all-in-one solution as “security in a box” as it helps to protect our Mid-Market customers from the 4 main areas of cyber threats, they are most susceptible to; email security, cloud applications, endpoint security, and data protection.

As the Executive Creative Director, you will be responsible for owning the Coro brand across the entire organization, driving the development and execution of our corporate design and branding strategies and leading our corporate marketing creative team. You will bring a wealth of expertise in managing people, artistic direction, brand, and voice development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, channel, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and impactful communication across all channels. 

**This is a Hybrid role that will come into our Chicago office 1-2 days per week. **


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall creative vision and strategy for the company's design and branding initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand identity that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of talented designers and creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, including websites, landing pages, digital ads, print materials, and presentations. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. 
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and user experience, incorporating them into our creative processes. 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, as needed. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and development. 
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure a seamless user experience and consistent design language across all touchpoints. 


Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Creative Director in a high-tech company or similar industry. B2B SaaS experience is a must
  • Proven track record in managing and leading a team of creatives, providing mentorship, and driving results. 
  • Strong understanding of corporate design, branding, and visual communication principles. 
  • Exceptional creative and artistic vision, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual concepts. 
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design. 
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders. 
  • A passion for cyber security and a keen interest in staying informed about industry trends and developments.

  • This is a fully remote US role, however, travel to our Chicago office on occasion will be required
