axialHealthcare is seeking an Executive Director in Tennessee to oversee in-market operations for axial's Risk Mitigation and Recovery solutions. This individual will be the main point of contact with health plan clients and report to the VP of Market Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of axial's solutions across the market
- Partner with matrixed delivery team for solutions, adjusting target areas, staff and regional strategy as necessary to meet performance targets. Key partners include: Clinical Operations Manager and Provider Partnerships Specialist of assigned market
- Partner with centralized shared services teams to develop insights on operating performance, delivery of clinical outcomes, and opportunities for improved execution and ongoing advancement of solutions. Key partners include: Reporting & Analytics, Health Services, and Clinical Operations
- Responsible for P&L management and program outcomes, partnership opportunities, in-market initiatives and overall value delivered to health plan clients in partnership with shared services
- Build strong relationships with various client stakeholders, leveraging thorough understanding of client business challenges and needs
- Provide strategy recommendations, process clarification, and change leadership for assigned client(s)
- Advance client growth strategies towards greater adoption of value-based contracts and care delivery model
- Responsible for leading strategy and creation of quarterly JOC presentations and monthly operating reviews, including KPI and outcomes delivery, program overview, and strategic recommendations
- Adhere to Axial information security and privacy requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 8 years minimum of relevant work experience required, including leadership experience within healthcare client management or SUD treatment operations
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and manage to clinical and operational performance data
- Strong understanding of providers and payors and the ever-evolving SUD landscape, as well as an intellectual curiosity about SUD and the addiction treatment area of healthcare
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence and the ability to create strong partnerships with clients
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
