You will have a track record of being a disruptor of the status quo with the ability to scale and mature go-to-market capabilities, improve cycle times, and ensure demonstrative business outcomes. This includes leading an integrated team of channel / multimedia experts, campaign managers, event specialists, control and compliance experts that team up with the business to deliver industry-leading customer engagement experiences, leveraging modern media, artificial intelligence, personalization, process improvement tools, advanced test and learn methodologies and analytics.
Job r esponsibilities
  • Lead your team in transforming its function into a best in class channel marketing practice
  • Oversee business case development, strategy, tactical planning and execution for optimal go-to market activities across new partners, product launches and always on customer engagement
  • Develop creative briefings to direct the work and align execution across various action agents
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept development to delivery; tactics include external digital and social media, direct marketing, and events using multimedia content and experiences delivered through mobile and .com, and in-person environments
  • Manage routines, calendars and performance metrics reporting to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategy, delivered on-time, within budget parameters and exceed client expectations
  • Push forward marketing innovative agenda, test and learn approach to continuously improve client experience and program performance
  • Plan and deliver against financial, customer experience, operational and control goals while ensuring return on marketing investments
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-line of business legal, regulatory, compliance and controls partners to maintain proper governance and oversight of first line of defense marketing practices
  • Oversee first line of defense compliance and controls professionals to maintain risk management practices, evaluate all marketing processes, customer facing content and communications, and support controls testing, exams and audits related

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 4-year college degree
  • 10+ years of marketing background with significant experience in go to market strategy, planning and execution (e.g., media planning, experiential marketing, campaign management, direct marketing) as well as strong project management, budgeting and planning skills
  • Thought leader with a disruptive, growth mindset with the insight and ability to proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the business
  • Demonstrative experience managing large-scale acquisition, retention or loyalty campaigns and management of direct marketing programs including digital, social, video, email, direct mail and events materials
  • Exceptional people leadership, relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Strong communication skills

  • Agency-side experience
  • Auto industry and/or auto finance services experience
