POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking to hire an exceptional cost efficiency expert to work with our product and services organization to help create efficient and scalable delivery model. This role will partner closely with the EVP. Product and Services org and optimize resources by understanding our end to end cost to deliver and develop / action efficiency programs.

Understanding of the manufacturing side of business along with services delivery, shared infrastructure and their intricacies would be key to succeed in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner closely with the delivery teams across PSO org to understand key drivers of cost and create efficiency programs / models
• Enable financial transparency, set benchmarks, establish accountability, manage cost from both sides and use savings to drive strategy.
• Interact with the engineering team, procurement, quality, manufacturing, services delivery and suppliers
• Deliver programmatic, structured improvements across PSO organization
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 8+ years of finance, cost accounting, understanding of key cost drivers across services and product portfolios including project management in running transformational cost out programs with two years in a management position
• Experience working with operational teams to question assumptions, business as usual processes and execute on cost out targets
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-motivation and initiative to improve processes, resolve uncertainties and get results
• Ability to convey financial information, insights and different perspectives to business managers
