Executive Director, Partner Programs and Enablement
Job Description
We are ready to welcome an Executive Director who will be accountable for driving growth through our partner channels including resellers and other independent technology partners. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will collaborate across the organization to develop strategy, manage and execute partner programs including enablement and co-marketing initiatives. Ultimately, this individual will be successful as they onboard and build programs that drive pipeline to achieve business targets while sustaining industry-leading partner Net Promoter Score results.
To achieve this, this leader plays a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy and execution, with primary accountability for the Americas, while aligning and coordinating with other global regions. Specific responsibilities include actively collaborating to define the company's overarching partner strategy, partner recruitment, sales & technical enablement efforts, go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline, and ownership of the overall Toshiba Alliance Partner Program that drives engagement with various partners and establishes the best metrics for measuring performance. This includes building highly trusted and collaborative relationships together with Sales and all of our various partners in the ecosystem, such as channel resellers, VAR's, ISV's, IHV's plus other strategic partners.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Strategy Development, Recruitment & Onboarding: You'll work together with a core team to identify and select partners for our program, develop and deploy partner-focused content and collateral to best educate the market on our solutions and offerings for recruitment & onboarding in order to ensure partners feel confident and excited by getting off the ground quickly.
- Partner Programs, Communications & Portal: You'll maintain and enhance partner programs, communicate effectively with partners and manage access to critical information to enhance their value and make them feel great about Toshiba as their partner.
- Sales & Technical Enablement: You'll develop a comprehensive sales enablement program for channel and other partners, plus be responsible for the company developing and deploying technical enablement and education based on partner roles.
- Leads & Pipeline Generation: You'll be responsible for creating demand marketing strategies, a marketing catalog along with guidance for use of market development funds and incentives for partners that increase demand and accelerate pipeline conversion to revenue. You own the prioritization around partner lead programs working together with the Business Development team, ensuring that there is a well-executed follow-up process, and management of those contacts over time.
- Measure Success and Impact to Business: You'll establish the best metrics for measuring performance and be actively accountable for growth and manage toward key performance indicators such as Pipeline targets and Net Promoter Scores.
- Grow and mentor a team of direct reports while building out our capabilities to create a highly effective, engaged and positive team environment.
Your Work Experience
- 12+ years of experience working in partner programs, marketing role with a B2B company
- Experience creating content and campaigns 'to and with' partners
- Experience creating and implementing proven, successful, partner marketing programs that activate, validate, and accelerate partner success
- Self-motivated leader who builds and creates positive team environments with a collaborative spirit

- An MBA or equivalent work experience is required
