Executive Director, Senior Living

Trinity Springs, located in beautiful Oxford, Florida, is currently seeking a talented, compassionate, and innovative Executive Director to join our team! In this role, you will be an integral part of our team by leading our 155-unit assisted living and memory care campus. Trinity Springs is the only nonprofit, faith-based senior living community in the area, located just minutes from attractions such as farmer’s markets, parks, nature reserves, and horse farms. The Executive Director provides positive leadership focused on the campus’ goals of assuring a Christ-centered spiritual care ministry, striving to be a provider and employer of choice, demonstrating financial stewardship, and leveraging technology; as well as managing financial and other resources responsibly and expanding our financial base through fund development.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position.
Executive Director responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional leadership to the Trinity Springs team through positive engagement between staff, residents, families, and guests.
• Oversee staff development, hiring practices, in-service training sessions, performance feedback, and promote a strong team work environment.
• Support the initiatives of the Sales and Marketing Director’s to attract potential residents that will meet or exceed occupancy and service-offerings expectations at Trinity Springs.
• Maintain on-going liaison relationship with greater Oxford communities, Live Oaks and other churches, businesses and educational institutions to enhance Trinity Springs’ services in Florida.

• Maintain and manage state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in development of strategic long-range plans for the community and our organization.

Executive Director skills and requirements:

• 3+ years’ progressively responsible supervisory experience in housing or healthcare community.
• ALF Core Certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Prior Executive Director, Housing Director, or Administrator experience required.
• Demonstrated success in creating a flourishing senior healthcare community.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Positive interpersonal, communication, & financial management skills.
• Outstanding time management experience along with excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
