Executive Director, Transformation
Job Description
Duties include effectively defining, building, and growing a business transformation practice that integrates across Monigle, opening new revenue streams while elevating existing capabilities; successfully designing, structuring, and leading critical client engagements across Monigle with emphasis in the areas of business, brand and culture; leading and owning pitch experiences (especially large-scale prospects) and large, multi-stream engagements; driving growth conversations and actively identify and close opportunities that broaden and diversify the Monigle portfolio and offerings - both with existing clients as well as prospects; partnering with department leads, especially strategy, to help identify ways to continue to integrate, train and educate employees, and elevate Monigle deliverables; pioneering and contributing to new thinking and initiatives outside of project work that make Monigle a better and more inspiring place to work; working collaboratively with our growth team, helping to inform and execute a go-to-market and growth strategy for business transformation and integrating it back to our broader Monigle offer; working closely and regularly with leadership across Monigle to identify cross-departmental opportunities, challenges, staffing etc. to identify and present opportunities to optimize, evolve and transform the Monigle offer and how we deliver; working with leadership and Marketing to assist in content development and other thought leadership activities to enhance Monigle's reputation; acting as a coach and mentor to project teams and individuals; and impacting the overall Monigle vision and direction.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 60 months of related experience. Must have 5 years of experience in brand strategy, or related experience; 5 years of experience in leading strategy and insights teams; 5 years of experience transforming business and/or business models; 5 years of experience and/or background in the health industry; and 5 years of experience working with international C-suite clients. Requires less than 10% domestic travel for the purpose of visiting client offices to deliver pitches and presentations. *Remote working benefits/telecommunicating position.

ANNUAL SALARY: Range of $250,000-300,000 per year
NUMBER OF HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week
