As a member of Partnerships Solutions and Go-to-Market, you will contribute a shaping point of view on business strategy across products and industries, enable operations for our partnerships teams around the world, and help architect programs that deliver outsized value for Google and its partners.
The Partnerships Solutions team collaborates across Google to identify cross-product area innovation for our partners. Regionally, this manifests through our cross-Google Partner Managers, who manage a cohort of Priority Partners to expand our relationships and create value for Google and the partner. Globally, central industry strategy teams develop and deliver cross Product Area narratives and agreement frameworks, and represent the partner within Product.
As the Executive Engagement Lead, You will operate in a cross-functional manner supporting Partnerships Solutions, promote and enable cross Product Area business agreement making, further the Global Business Organization's (GBO's) collaboration with Cloud across industries, advance cross-product area collaboration on Google's C-suite executive engagements, build the capabilities of the Partnerships Solutions team, scale best practices across regions, and deliver operations for a distributed confederation of teams.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$209,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Global Partnerships' holistic "OneGoogle" executive engagement strategy to deepen relationships between Google's partners and company executives in close collaboration with stakeholders across GBO's, Google Cloud, and Marketing.
- Lead the executive communications briefing process for executive Google leadership audiences (e.g., CEO/C-Suite team) ahead of C-level partner meetings and events to lead business outcomes.
- Manage Global Partnerships' participation in an evolving portfolio of C-suite and Product-specific events, and ensure processes are in place to support executive engagement readiness.
- Act as advisor to the Marketing team, co-developing annual executive engagement strategy. Develop perspective on optimal strategy and work towards realizing direction.
- Identify roadblocks and promote outlook for interrelated executive coordination across Product Areas. Empower cross-functional stakeholders with the information needed to optimize partner C-level engagement.
