Salary Range:
$92,700.00 - $154,500.00
We are currently seeking a dynamic strategist to join AVEVA's Executive Engagement (EE) team.
The role of the Strategist is to help lead the CEC briefings and events, nurturing a strategic relationship with sales, products, and our Executives to deliver amazing customer experiences. As part of the planning process, the Strategist will work with the Account Team to align goals with meeting content and select appropriate speakers to ensure sales and customer goals are achieved.
This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills and the ability to communicate with and work with Executive Management, Sales Management, and other critical organizations to ensure the success of these meetings in this multifaceted and fast-paced environment.
This role will be charged with managing impactful engagements with Executives in our customer and partner communities. Above all, this dynamic person will have the ability to make an immediate impact by building more executive relationships within our client base.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, Coordinate, and Execute engagements:
- Be an active facilitator and present while in executive briefings, councils, and forums.
- Drive clear understanding of meeting objectives and strategy, with the goal of alignment across all attendees
- Develop customized agendas to meet the objectives of each Executive engagement
- Recommend & schedule speakers for each visit by leveraging a thorough understanding of speaker strengths and expertise areas
- Deliver high level demos on AVEVA products to executives
- Schedule and host pre-briefing meetings to ensure account teams collaborate with speakers with goal of understanding the account status and meeting objectives
- Follow up with Account team to make sure briefing action items are identified and assigned to the appropriate AVEVA resource
Executive Engagements Content Management:
- Gather (and relay) attendee feedback from Executive Engagements
- Define requirements for the EE's content / demos
- Build and execute the "release to EE" process
- Validate the EE content (stakeholder acceptance)
- Maintain the health of the EE content
- Build and maintain the backlog for EE content
- Sunset EE content
- Find / define new EE content based on AVEVA future direction, partners, and EE goals
Executive Engagements Process Management:
- Manage executive engagements projects as assigned
- Continually improve the executive experience to events hosted by the EE team
- Manage the processes related to executive engagement programs (executive councils/executive briefings/AVEVA World executive events)
- Continually evaluate process improvements to enable better experiences.
- Manage and consolidate metrics and reporting of all programs
- Manage and coordinate relationships & interactions with different business units impacted by executive engagements (marketing, business development, sales )
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project management
- 3+ years in customer facing role and proven experience presenting to executives
- Effectively manages their time to support a global team in different time-zones
- An effective executor who can maintain and manage timelines
- Highly organized and efficient project manage with strong attention to detail
- A strong public speaker with the ability to connect with executives in a multicultural global environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure
