Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in Enterprise Cloud sales business, including in Strategy, Operations, Executive Customer Office or Program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating and navigating within a large tech company environment to quickly gain the confidence of leaders across an organization.
- Experience delivering and landing customer communications from executive leadership.
- Ability to lead and inspire both direct and virtual teams to drive to clear outcomes, working towards tight deadlines.
- Ability to determine, track and report on initiative success and related KPIs; be comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Strategic mindset with ability to take ambiguous aspirations / goals and turn them into impactful programs that have a positive impact and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
About the job
As the Executive Engagement Support Lead, you will support in execution of deliverables for key one-to-many/one-to-few audience engagements of the President for Google Cloud Go to Market. You will also support the development of the President's internal and external audience-engagement platform in alignment with the Google vision, Google Cloud mission, and Google Cloud GTM priorities. Additionally, you will coordinate across functions and product areas with executive offices, Marketing, PR, Social Media, Analyst Relations to ensure a cohesive program, consistent messaging, and engaging, quality experiences for the audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with the President's office to execute key internal and external audience-engagement deliverables.
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Social Media, Strategy and Operations, Analyst Relations, and Google.org to execute against an integrated audience-engagement plan.
- Qualify and where appropriate execute against internal and external in-bound audience-engagement requests.
- Support President in all one-to-many/one-to-few audience engagements, including but not limited to speech writing, talking points, event design, messaging, and creative direction.
