Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), the Executive (Vice President), Finance is responsible for leading the annual planning and periodic forecasting for a large portion of the total CoreLogic business. This role will serve in a key leadership capacity within Operations and Finance and work closely with the CFO, the segment Managing Director and senior business leaders to provide strategic and financial leadership as well as tactical analysis of business results against the plan and forecast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the segment annual financial planning process, periodic financial forecasting and ad hoc analysis.
- Lead multiple finance team members at the level of analyst, manager, and director
- Provide financial guidance to the segment Managing Director and senior segment leaders to establish strategic goals, develop plans to exceed targets and drive successful financial and operational results.
- Establish and maintain appropriate analytical tools, processes and reporting to ensure effective and efficient usage of financial resources.
- Drive capital allocation for segment level investments to optimize value creation.
- Maintain necessary processes to support external reporting requirements.
- Support merger and acquisition activity through due diligence and business plan development.
- Review and assist in the negotiation of key commercial arrangements.
- Role model CoreLogic's ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
- Lead, develop and drive high engagement across a team of finance professionals.
Job Qualifications:
- 15+ years of finance experience, with experience supporting operations.
- 7+ years managing finance activities for a public or large private organization.
- Experience leading planning efforts for an organization with multiple business units or functional groups.
- Ability to set a vision for a project or initiative and execute in the face of challenges and constraints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to visualize process change and its implementation.
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in finance or accounting. MBA and/or CPA strongly desired.
- Must have strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Team player who is hands-on and leads by example. Works together with the team to ensure overall success.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-pace, and evolving environment.
- Ability to work closely with leadership at various levels from top-level executive management to operational staff.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead, engage and develop a staff of financial professionals
Annual Pay Range:
190,400 - 260,000 USD
