Frazier & Deeter recently opened its own entity in India to support our expanding international and cross-border client base. We are not your typical firm of accountants and we like doing things differently. Our team members have the opportunity to be involved in global consulting and advisory client facing roles in a fast growing and exciting new business in India, which is part of our established and highly regarded accountancy firms in the US and UK.

About the Role 

The role will primarily involve working closely with UK, US and India based Tax and Transfer Pricing Partners and Managers. Our client base comprises of businesses expanding internationally and therefore, looking for advice on transfer pricing planning and operating model structuring for inter-company dealings / transactions.

The role will involve working on a variety of transfer pricing projects, including transfer pricing policy planning, design and implementation, preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentation (Local File and Master File), performing benchmarking analysis and other transfer pricing related advisory services. You would have the opportunity to be involved in the complete lifecycle of each project, from initiating discussions with clients, assisting with the preparation of proposals to delivering reports and being involved in advising on the practical implementation of the transfer pricing policy.

• Regular interactions with senior leaders as part of project management.
• Participation in knowledge exchange sessions and collaboration across the multifunctional team.
• Real world modelling and application of financial concepts as part of policy planning and international tax structure.
• Opportunity to get trained on-the-job on international financial databases for economic analysis.
• Be part of the team which publishes thought leadership papers.
• Performance of global transfer pricing benchmarking analyses for different geographic regions using global databases.
• Drafting of transfer pricing policy planning documents and global country specific compliance documents including Local File and Master File.

What we are looking for / Qualifications

• B. Com graduate, preferably with at least 6 months of experience in transfer pricing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion to handle multiple work streams.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Solution oriented approach.
• Enthusiast in tax and economics related research topics.
