Job Description

• Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances.
• To work closely with HRBP and employees to improve relationships, build highly motivated & engaged workforce, increase productivity & retaining talents.
• Responsible for seamless execution of onboarding and offboarding process flow.
•  Provide MIS support for HR trend analytics.
• Drive engagement initiatives for the region.
• Partner with HRBP to drive talent management initiatives.
• Support the L&D team for training accomplishments.
• Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
• Responsible for statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
• Must be a Post graduate sprecialised in the field of Human Resource
• Should posses good analytical and communication skills
• To be familiar with statutory compliance regulations
