GE Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commerical Engines & Services (CES) Lease Pool Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lease pool operations, ensuring optimal utilization of assets, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the aerospace industry.
Locations preferred: Dublin, IRE or Dubai UAE

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the management and optimization of the lease pool, ensuring assets are effectively utilized to meet customer demands.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the financial performance of the lease pool.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on lease pool performance to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting GE Aerospace's capabilities and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
