We are currently looking for a stellar Executive Operations and Administration Lead to join us.

The Executive Operations and Administration Lead is the key person running the Amsterdam office and will be acting as a key advisor and right-hand person to the General Manager of 2Checkout, by Verifone.

This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from a consulting background into a specialized fintech role. As the Executive Operations and Administration Lead, you will be at the forefront of the company's strategic initiatives and operational execution, positioning you well for future leadership roles within the organization or the broader fintech industry.

Strategic Planning/ Execution & Project Management

• Assisting in the development and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring alignment of departmental goals with the overall business strategy.
• Tracking progress on key initiatives and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Acting as a liaison between the executive and other members of the organization.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ensuring that the executive's directives and priorities are clearly communicated and understood.
• Providing the executive with data, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Preparing briefing materials and reports for meetings and presentations.
• Conducting research and gathering information on various topics as needed.

Operations & Administrative Management

• Overseeing daily operations in the Amsterdam office and ensuring colleagues can excel in an inspiring office environment.
• Identifying and solving operational issues. Improving efficiency and productivity in a broad context.
• Managing the main vendors and suppliers and optimize vendor management.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that milestones are achieved.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Representing the executive in meetings and discussions as needed.

Skills and Experience we desire

• 3 – 7 years’ experience in management consulting, transaction service or strategic finance.
• Master’s degree in management, Business, Finance or Econometrics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality in all work products.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the payments or Fintech industry is a plus.
