Executive Pastry Chef, Luxury Hotel

Location:Philadelphia, PA
Salary:$90-105k + bonus
Benefits:M/D/V + relo assistance (10% of salary amount)
A well-established luxury hotel seeks a pastry chef to oversee all things pastry on property.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive pastry leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
• Proven ability to develop innovative pastry menus while maintaining cost control and compliance with health regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach to team development.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all pastry and bakery operations for the hotel’s restaurants, banquets, café, and In-Room Dining.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs to create seasonal, high-quality pastry menus.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all pastry and baking outlets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
