Executive Pastry Chef, Luxury Hotel

Location:Philadelphia, PA
Salary:$90-105k + bonus
Benefits:M/D/V + relo assistance (10% of salary amount)
A well-established luxury hotel seeks a pastry chef to oversee all things pastry on property.
Qualifications:
β’ Minimum 5β7 years of progressive pastry leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
β’ Proven ability to develop innovative pastry menus while maintaining cost control and compliance with health regulations.
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach to team development.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee all pastry and bakery operations for the hotelβs restaurants, banquets, cafΓ©, and In-Room Dining.
β’ Collaborate with Executive Chefs to create seasonal, high-quality pastry menus.
β’ Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all pastry and baking outlets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
