Position Description:

CGI is seeking an individual with a broad strategic perspective and demonstrated knowledge of NASA or large-scale Federal program leadership experience to develop and leads relationships. This role is located in Hunstville, Alabama and interested individuals must reside in the area or be immediately willling to relocate.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned NASA C-suite clients, based on collaboration, trust and partnership in order to better understand and proactively respond to their needs, promote CGI full services offerings and help clients meet their strategic and tactical goals.• Oversee large application consolidation efforts across multiple localities and disciplines to include implementations and Operations and Maintence work.• Grow the sales funnel by proactively identifying and developing opportunities and new business addressing client needs based on our expertise and knowledge of market trends.• Manage the development of winning proposals and presentations to create business solutions based on client business requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5-10 years of specific experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager overseeing a program valued at $50-60 million, annually.• Due to the nature of government contracts, the selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.• Ability to travel to various client sites in and around the US.• As a Federal Contractor, all members of CGI Federal, regardless of role or work location are required to be fully vaccinated, with the exception of those with approved medical or religious accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications• Managed multi-site enterprise efforts (including enterprise platforms, systems, and applications)• Led Software Engineering or Agile DevSecOps Environment• Overseen NASA or at least other large Government contracts• Experience leading: Earned Value Management System (EVMs); Procurement or $10-25 million / year contracts; Safety, Health, Environment; Quality Assurance / Quality Control; Data protection; Development Modernization and Enhancement; Operations & Maintenance; databases; and other IT services• Experience staffing surge/lulls, Project Management, and Task Order handling• Led IT innovation, automation, and transformation facilitating both contractor and government cultural change (with quantifiable results)

Education• Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline, preferably IT or Engineering degrees, required. Preferred a graduate degree such as a Masters' or Ph.D. in IT or Engineering disciplines.
