Executive Recruiter

As an Executive Recruiter you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and presenting candidates for a wide variety and level of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. You will be responsible for guiding candidates and hiring managers through the Sierra Space selection process and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at large. Using your knowledge of business fundamentals and Sierra Space business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with executive hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions.

Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic recruiting strategies to creatively and proactively engage with diverse slates of passive executive talent for Director and above positions• Build relationships with key executive stakeholders to define current and future executive team hiring needs• Consult and make recommendation to the ELT by providing competitor analysis and industry intelligence in regular business updates• Develop and implement communication process for maintaining positive client and candidates experience• Coach executive hiring teams on best practices for using behavioral interviewing techniques to increase the quality and diversity of hiring• Provide world class candidate experience ensuring the higher touch service expectations are met and delivered upon• Manage key relationships with third party executive search firms when required• Vet and launch best in class processes to improve executive hiring service model• Manage complex Interview Schedules with frequent changes with ease and professionalism• Conduct on- site tours and support executive orientation (as needed)
Must-haves:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 10 or more years of work experience• A higher-level degree may substitute for experience• Relevant work experience may substitute for required education• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)• Experience with social media recruitment tools• Must be able to handle complex searches while partnering directly with executive leaders• Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing as well as building and maintaining a strong network for pipeline recruiting• Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates• Demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented approach to recruitment search engagements
Preferred:• Experience with Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry• Experience with technical recruiting• Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity• Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM• The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
