Critical Mass is hiring an Executive Recruiter to focus on creating sourcing strategies and leading recruitment for executive-level opportunities globally. In this position you will focus on identifying, assessing, and acquiring exceptional & diverse executive level talent across CM disciplines. Our Executive Recruiter will determine appropriate sourcing methodologies, conduct proactive recruitment, selection, and assessment of candidates, and provide consultative guidance to CM teams. You will guide and collaborate with our leaders to ideate fresh ways to identify and attract talent, and provide an exceptional, high-touch experience for both our leadership teams and prospective candidates.
You will:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment process and provide outstanding partnership to internal stakeholders.
- Develop an effective project management approach and work closely with the leadership team to ensure consistency of delivery and client service.
- Design, drive, and communicate search plans for each VP (+) position – leveraging strong research and technical skills to identify top tier talent.
- Possess strong project and time management, with the ability to prioritize and meet competing demands under high pressure.
- Measure the cost benefit analysis for each sourcing strategy and adjust approach as necessary.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and can build credibility quickly.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting Executive level talent a campus recruiting role
- Experience or strong understanding of a digital agency environment
- Results driven and highly motivated
- Active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time.
- The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in written and verbal communications
