West Monroe Partners is looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team and partner closely with our Executive Recruiting team for executive candidate coordination. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with members of our executive recruiting team to schedule and manage executive interviews while providing world-class candidate experience. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will partner with leaders and their team members across the organization to ensure the successful scheduling and coordination of senior level candidate interviews.

  • A highly collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally to problem solve and react quickly to the evolving needs of the business.
  • A tactful professional with the ability to navigate sensitive and/or confidential requests or candidates with ease.

 

Your specific responsibilities may include:

  • Schedule, coordinate and manage executive level interviews including candidate travel, working with up to 25-30 candidates at various points in the recruiting process.
  • Join conversations/meetings with external partners alongside Executive Recruiter to assist with associated action items related to interview loops.
  • Work hand in hand with Executive Recruiter, Candidate, internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Practice Leaders, Executive Assistants, etc.) and external partners to coordinate and confirm interview loops
  • Communicate with leaders and/or executive assistants to coordinate interviews
  • Work directly with the candidate, recruiter, and external partners to schedule candidate executive assessments
  • Schedule interview debriefs
  • Member on the Talent Acquisition Operations team, and working on ad-hoc operational projects as time permits (as directed by TA Ops team)
  • Coordinate bi-weekly TA-wide team meetings

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition or human resource function preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse)
  • Ideally experienced in Greenhouse or another ATS
  • Proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple interviews in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior leadership and colleagues across the organization
  • Strong people orientation and effective problem-solving skills
