Executive Researcher

Healthcare professionals around the world rely on KLAS to provide them with usable information regarding the performance of healthcare technology solutions. 

The Executive Researcher works closely with healthcare professionals at every level to understand their experience with existing technology and help them use our data to make upcoming technology decisions. This research is the lifeblood of KLAS and this position is key to achieving our mission.

We seek an experienced relationship builder to:

• Understand and gather the critical research data needed to complete our analysis projects
• Navigate provider organizations to find the best contacts to engage in research for the appropriate subject matter
• Conduct virtual interviews with healthcare provider executives, directors, and industry experts to discover the performance of their technology and services solutions
• Quickly build a strong rapport with providers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
• Fulfill urgent data requests to help us meet publication deadlines
• Familiarize providers with KLAS data through website tours, tool demos, and sharing and reviewing critical report data

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
