Job Description

The Executive Sales Assistant provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department. Sustains reporting and marketing fulfillment related activities for insurance products and services. Contributes to marketing projects and activities to support the sales department as specified.

Your Impact:

  • Provides executive level administrative support to the SVP, Sales, and Client Relations Manager.
  • Supports inside and outside sales staff through maintenance of necessary print materials and timely order fulfillment of promotional collateral.
  • Reviews and updates expense reporting for Marketing department and Outside Agent Travel & Expense reimbursement.
  • Audits applications for accuracy and ensures compliance with required policies.
  • Coordinates client events and meetings, orders marketing materials, tracks inventory, organizes and maintains marketing storage space.
  • Uploads marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites and maintains the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
  • Handle workflow of assigned sales team member(s) when they are out of the office and assists with miscellaneous requests from sales team including mailings, running of reports, requests follow ups, and processing ‘rush’ binders as needed.
  • Looks for opportunities to drive operation efficiency within Pearl and the outside brokers.
  • Maintains accurate account information and documentation in various systems and (CRM) databases (CRM) and compiles weekly and monthly reporting and tracking of sales contests for sales management

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exemplary PC skills required, including database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
