Executive Sales Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a sales professional who is excited to join a team with tremendous market potential. We are looking for someone that loves a challenge and can start contributing on day one. You will create and cultivate a pool of leads, and work these to close as many accounts as possible within the known targeted addressable market of ~10,000+ U.S. dental practices. Sales of OrthoFi products requires an understanding of our product, and experience to understand and explain how it fits financially and operationally into the success of the average dental business. You will not only individually contribute territory performance but also mentor sales consultants with less than 4 years experience. You will report to the VP of Sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue expectations for assigned territory staying within profitability guidelines
- Experience driving top-line profitable sales against specific budget growth expectations within assigned accounts
- Demonstrated mastery using customer important players at all levels inclusive of Executive and C-Level to grow the sale to a point of close as well documented teamwork skills transitioning new customer to account management team
- Show efficient and high success rate with outbound and inbound selling engagements leading to new customer pipeline creation within assigned accounts
- Implement Strategic Selling sales approach to understand issues that influence customers and create sales strategy to address customer needs
- Mastery conducting selling presentations in both traditional ways that lead to successful and profitable customer relationships
- Originate sales plans that result in completion of established revenue goals, establish relationships with new customers
- Contribute to internal marketing, product and other teams as an advisor on customer expectations
- Coach team members in own territory and other territories on the fundamentals of selling inclusive of need satisfaction identification and insight-driven presentations
- Industry knowledge and ability to present to team members on trends and opportunities
- May identify service opportunities and programs required to grow these main accounts and ensure these are being communicated to the appropriate internal team members
- Forecast monthly sales
- Comply with company and departmental policies and with administrative requirements such as monthly T&E reporting
- Build account team relationship with the customer onboarding and account management team
- Maintain CRM details
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
Certifications/Licensing
- Valid driver's license
What we're looking for...
- 10+ years demonstrated successful business to business territory management and recent outbound B2B sales history
- 3+ years experience developing sales team members
- Must display and ability to work with customers, employees and others
- Organize and conduct meetings and product selling sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand
- Meet organizational goals and key performance objectives
- Operate a motor vehicle on a daily basis up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to travel overnight as required (~20- 50%)

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 range (plus commi ssion)
