About the Role:The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for managing sourcing activities for Grocery Outlet's Corporate Headquarters. You will build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates who are a fit within our unique culture. You will work with the Director of Talent Acquisition to design and execute appropriate sourcing and recruiting strategies, including building effective networks and relationships to create an on-going pipeline of candidates. As the initial point of contact, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer promotes our culture to candidates and positions us as an employer of choice by enhancing/communicating our employer brand strategy to both candidates and the community. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Determine effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates for all corporate positions ranging from Accounting & Finance, IT, Corporate Retail and Business Operations and Distribution Center Operations.
  • Manage Temp requisitions & Contractor assignments.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine agency fees, length of assignment & IT onboarding and set up.
  • Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates for submittal and hiring manager review.
  • Utilize variety of Sourcing and ATS Software (LinkedIn, UltiPro, Indeed, etc.) to manage recruitment process.
  • Responsible for posting jobs on external sites including networking sites, association specific industries, SHRM and others as needed.
  • Engage in career fairs, action planning & other projects as needed.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct intake calls to help identify business needs and priority roles; partake in debrief meetings post interview.
  • Manage candidate correspondence with regards to scheduling next steps and responding to declined applications.
  • Ensures compliance with all hiring policies and practices, consistently meets, or exceeds established metrics and goals, and demonstrates company culture and values through their work.

About The Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & More!
  • Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.

About You:

  • You are creative and willing to go above and beyond to find the best candidates to fill open roles
  • 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruiting systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, UltiPro, Indeed, Etc.)
  • Ability to support various corporate functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovate & creative
  • Great at dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong ability to use good judgement, in pressure-filled and time-sensitive situations
  • Highly collaborative and enjoy working on teams
  • Strong influencing skills
