Executive Sous Chef

What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of Sous Chef experience • Excellent leadership and operations skills • Extensive experience in managing kitchen teams, food & labor costs, and overseeing high volume restaurant operations (including banquets) • Strong kitchen management skills with a detailed understanding of Back of House operating procedures • Demonstrated ability to lead inspire team members to meet and exceed standards • Proven project management, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Demonstrated success with exceeding financial, customer and employee engagement/retention goals What Our Clients Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunity to be part of a successful restaurant team!
