Executive Support Sr. Analyst – EA Supporting Non-GMC EXCO Members or Avanade EC/GM
As a C-Suite Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to senior leaders, specifically members of the GMC leadership team (non-Exco), Avanade EC/GM. This role involves complex organizational responsibilities, including calendar management, travel & logistics support, administrative partnership that may involve working directly with the MD’s Chief of Staff and administrative team to ensure maximum executive efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide advance-level administrative support to executives, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics across a high volume of requests.
Anticipate and arrange intricate travel plans, including multi-leg itineraries, based on executive availability, preferences, and business priorities.
Maintain and update spreadsheets to track actionable items, pending requests, and reminders, collaborating with the admin team for resolution.
Prepare and organize meeting materials, print content, and maintain detailed tracking systems.
Coordinate onsite support, office logistics, and catering for in-person meetings and events.
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external clients, acting within defined decision-making limits and representing the executive professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior leaders, and other Executive Assistants across the organization.
Handle confidential information with discretion at all times, supporting strategic business initiatives.
Respond to special requests from executives or the admin team, including occasional personal tasks or infrequent travel.
On site presence: Be present in the office depending on your MDs schedule and/or local business needs to support events and clients.
