BlueConic is looking for a unique person to join our team to support our CEO, CRO, and executive leadership team as an Executive Support Specialist. This job is truly one-of-a-kind: you’ll be uniquely situated in the organization, working on critical projects, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with our executives to ensure we are humming as a finely tuned operation. About the job:
- While we’re reasonably self-sufficient with our calendars, the role will be about 50% administrative support, including coordinating executives’ calendars, events, and commitments with an eye toward efficiency and understanding their priorities to maximize their time and output
- Manage special projects by working, formulating a project plan, establishing a check-in process, coordinating research, and managing schedules
- Collaborate with People Ops on a range of company initiatives including events and other programming
- Support executive presentations with well-formatted charts, appropriate callouts, meaningful titles, and a slide sequence that tells a story.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing team performance metrics through data dashboards.
Job requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience that you think proves you’ll excel in this role, whether that was in a startup or a salon, in talent acquisition or as a teacher.
- Trustworthiness, discretion, and reliability are paramount as you’ll be working with executives who are counting on you to help them deliver on the company’s top priorities.
- High EQ and ability to work well with people at all levels, in different departments, and/or who are external to BlueConic.
- Superlative project management and organizational skills with a drive to always find new and better ways of executing.
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently with a team under tight deadlines.
- Extreme attention to detail and the awareness that the little things make a big impact
