Job Summary
The “Executive TA Coordinator” will be based in Austin, TX, reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition. Responsible for a variety of recruitment activities ensure the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.Â
A typical day looks like:

Manages VP+ level candidate interview schedules, travel coordination, and related agendas

Ensures candidates have appropriate details in preparation for their interviews (travel schedule, itineraries, etc.)

Assists with follow-up on candidate feedback, and assists Executive Recruiters with pulling together materials for debrief

Manages candidate logistical details to ensure that candidate experience is top notch

Assist with internal and external social media job advertisements, web postings, and specifications in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.Â

Review and follow up to applications according to Global Service Level Agreement.Â

Follow up to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and secrecy.Â

May assist with Workday activities, dispositions, and steps to finalize hires

Manages and tracks invoicing related to agency spend and documents as appropriate

Build candidate relationships to foster positive candidate experience as well as future pipeline.Â

Develop strong internal customer relationships with hiring teams as well as cross-functional HR teams that foster a talent acquisition business partnership keen on business goals.Â

Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.Â

Make sure all stakeholders follow Flex´s internal processes and relevant policies.Â

Ensure compliance with external regulations and requirements.Â

Here's what we're looking to add to our team:Â

Bachelors with 7+ years of experience or a combination of education, experience and/or training.Â

Good understanding of how work contributes to team.Â

Basic understanding of how team integrates with others in accomplishing objectives of the area.Â

Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication skills both oral and written
-
Executive presence with ability to work cohesively with cross-functional groups and organizations.

Exposure to Flex processes and familiarity with Workday Recruiting module

Demonstrated experience in building relationships and partnering with a team mindset
