Executive Talent Acquisition Partner
Join Sonova`s new initiative to roll out a global executive talent scouting capability and make your mark by helping us continue building the best teams. As part of the CoE and global Executive Talent Acquisition & Advisory function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Management Board and their leadership teams by actively identifying, attracting, and hiring senior executives while building robust pipelines for critical leadership talents across all businesses.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and lead effective talent scouting strategies, assignments, and initiatives, aligned to the respective business functional priorities and competencies, in order to identify and hire specialized skill and leadership talents on executive level
- Manages a pre-selected population of senior leadership roles from briefing meetings to offer extension (advisory, sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation).
- Work closely with senior leadership, talent management and global HRBPs to understand the key roles, critical gaps, and the readiness of internal pipelines in order to assess, define and advise risk areas where external talent pipelines would be most required
- Provide market intelligence data to support talent strategy course corrections, and act as enterprise-wide subject matter expert on external talent trends and executive search strategies for senior stakeholders (VP up to MB) and HR
- Build, maintain, and manage a pipeline of key external talents globally in line with capacity and needs
- Manage and continually assess key 3rd party vendors (Executive Search) from Sonova`s PSL list, seek solutions to enhance the service and delivery time and foster their role as ambassadors for Sonova.
- Manages the development, and implementation of key initiatives and programs in the executive talent acquisition space to further enhance the process and introduce innovative solutions by utilizing the SonovaX toolkit.
- Further explore, initiate, and roll out function-related enhancements and actions in executive talent acquisition to ensure alignment with industry best practices
Key requirements:
- 6+ years' experience in direct talent sourcing, pipelining, and assessment, including leading and managing end-to-end senior to executive-level searches in-house or in agency settings on an international level
- Experience in diversity recruitment-related initiatives including delivering and building diverse shortlists and candidate pools
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working at both tactical and operational levels to ensure quality and consistency across the recruitment lifecycle
- Global mindset and intercultural curiosity, with an ability to interact across all levels of the organization up to the Management Board or Executive Committee
- Excellent listening skills and a natural desire to deliver a tailored experience to all stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in business English, and any additional language (e.g Spanish, or French) is beneficial
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Pay Ranges: $105,000 - $160,000
Eligible for bonus
