Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively and closely with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for loan closing
  • Read and understand title commitments and address, solve any questions or concerns prior to closing
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and customers as well as provide frequent communication
  • Ensure all company and regulatory policies are followed
  • Represent Cambria Title professionally while providing a high level of customer service
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation on progress and disposition of files
  • Deliver clear direction and guidance to closing coordinators
  • Field customer inquiries and respond with the necessary information in a timely manner
  • Manage progress of the title work and facilitate corrections or issues to help maintain accuracy of files throughout the closing process


Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in preparing necessary documents required for closing
  • Working knowledge of basic concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry and closing process
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
  • Flexibility to attend closings outside the office when necessary
  • Strong PC skills (Google, Microsoft Word, Excel)


Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Closings. Experience with refinance, purchase, reverse and construction loan closings.

Additional Requirements

Managerial Responsibilities: Provide work direction to Closing Coordinators.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel in the Metro area when needed.

Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use.
