O que precisa ter ou saber?

• Conhecimento do mercado de seguros, preferencialmente em Benefícios;
• Experiência na área de vendas e/ou relacionamento;
• Autogerenciamento e organização de prioridades;
• Conhecimento e habilidades de ferramentas de Call Center;
• Experiência em Vendas através de ferramentas digitais (Chat, WhatsAPP, Visita virtual, telefone e e-mail);
• Conhecimento intermediário de Excel e PowerPoint;
• Formação Acadêmica: Superior completo;
• Idiomas: inglês ou espanhol (desejável);
• Competências: Motivação, Relacionamento Interpessoal, Energia Positiva, Planejamento Comercial.
• Experiência e conhecimento de redesenho de régua de relacionamento, NPS, CSAT, Reclame Aqui, processos e organização e inclusão de novas ferramentas que agreguem valor ao processo de vendas será um diferencial.

Principais responsabilidades ou desafios:

• Atendimento comercial da grade de corretores sob sua responsabilidade;
• Prospecção de novos negócios;
• Alimentação e gestão de pipeline de negócios;
• Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de campanhas, réguas de ativação e relacionamento;
• Mapeamento de mercado;
• Treinamento/Capacitação de corretores;
