A healthy work life balance is essential:

• Four, 10-hour days
• Tuesday 8:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-8:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 6:00am-4:00pm
• Set shifts each week to maintain your personal life/schedule
• No weekends or holidays
• You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program developmentand not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

• No degree required
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification preferred
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
• Group exercise experience a must

• Full-time temporary position January 9 - April 26
• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Opportunity for hourly work beginning in December to familiarize with the position

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives
