About the Role:

Reporting into the Director - Marketing B2B Propositions & Experience, the Experience Business Partner, (Senior Manager level role) is the primary contact between the Proposition Owner and other Department Leaders and the Experience team on the agreed Experience team services. The Experience Business Partner supports Proposition Owners in delivery of valuable and viable propositions to our chosen audiences and supports the delivery of revenue and other KPIs aligned to the Association's overarching purpose, financial performance and audience reach.

You Will:

• Work together with Proposition Owners and other agreed Department leaders to deliver a compelling set of programs, campaigns and solutions aligned to proposition strategies that resonate with clearly defined audience segments and meet revenue and Return on Experience Investment. Provide advice to shape programs (stories, services and solutions) that deliver the and purpose-based outcomes.
• Align with the Segmentation & Proposition Support team to ensure Department requests are aligned to clearly defined audience segments and propositions to generate our revenue. Work to develop strategies with the Journey Managers that ensure new solutions, services, stories align to journeys that allow our chosen audience to view the right content in the right channel at the right time for the right reaction/outcome.
• Work in collaboration with Experience Delivery Manager who will submit briefs to initiate programme workflows and ensure programs deliver to specifications.
• Work in collaboration with Experience Service Manager who will ensure that areas of our kept informed of progress, manage any service incidents or escalations and maintain an up-to-date experience service catalogue.
• Consider and advise on appropriate brand activation strategies appropriate for delivery.
• Work with the Experience Insights, Intelligence and Analytics (IIA) team to gain clear understanding of our audience/segments to ensure Association services/solutions/stories create audience value.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Bachelors degree
• 8 years experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
• Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users through use centric(UX) design.
• Experience delivering across multiple channels.
• Experience within a membership organization and/or public accounting organization.
