Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an Experience Designer to join our team in Singapore. This role involves conducting user research, engaging with customers through interviews and usability tests, and collaborating with scrum teams to enhance the ReCap product.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback

• Engage with customers through interviews and usability tests

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with scrum teams and present design concepts

• Advocate for user-centered design principles

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

• 3-5 years of UX design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing design and research skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
