All about the role:
In this role you will be reporting to the VP, Marketing for Electrolux Major Appliances NA as well as the Global Experience Marketing Head, Wellbeing. You will be based in Charlotte, NC. The Experience Marketing Manager - Care is responsible for being a consumer and brand expert for both Electrolux and Frigidaire brands. You are responsible for building brand desirability through developing and implementing consumer-driven brand strategy and national advertising strategy and assets for the Electrolux and Frigidaire brands in North America through our Wellbeing products, in partnership with a cross-functional global and North America specific team. You will also serve as an expert on the Frigidaire brand/consumer within the Wellbeing category globally.
What you'll do:
In this role you will be an integrated member of the North America Wellbeing Product Line Leadership Team (LT), the North America Marketing LT, and the Global Wellbeing Experience Marketing LT. You will implement globally-led branded storytelling, laddering, naming, and claims that follow an integrated cross-PL strategy for Electrolux and Frigidaire brands. You will have the opportunity to lead the development of key region specific portfolio innovation by driving the branded Consumer Experience (CX) definition across Product Line categories that secures a strong CX pipeline, and guides the cross-functional team. Based on the Global Annual Plan, you will help to facilitate the North America annual plan development and governance by providing key priorities for Wellbeing and provide guidance for launches and the commercial agenda.
Other responsibilities may include:• Representing Experience Marketing in the Commercial Triangle (Marketing, Sales, Product Line) and in key project checkpoints for product launches• Contribute to global portfolio innovation by providing input on North American consumer needs, market opportunities, and trends. • Lead Innovation and Commercial Launch planning for large scale Global launches if appointed as 'Lead-business area", taking input from all relevant BAs and managing the process together with Global Experience Marketing. • Lead brief development and overall planning/implementation for all Wellbeing product launches including campaign development and all assets needed to launch the product and bring its benefits to life in a consumer-driven way. • Own regional partnership development and existing partner relations to add value to claims and communications. • Own input to and ensure implementation of the Product Line category vision, claims territories, and the choices of 'where-to-play' in the Product Line. • Ensure that high quality launch deliverables are available and implemented

Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline required, MBA preferred• Minimum 5 years of progressive brand management or marketing experience required, durable and/or consumer marketing experience strongly preferred• Strong experience in RMIS or similar claims management software
