Experience VSA Program

We are opening up our doors in our Chicago and New York office to emerging talent! This two-day immersive experience will give our participants and overview of VSA and a full day of shadowing an experienced professional in their field. Our chosen participants will witness “real work,” with meetings, deadlines, and business challenges with current clients. This is a bird's eye view you won’t get in a classroom. Consider it a peek into your potential career future, with the freedom to learn, question and grow! You’ll be paired with an individual mentor and shadow in an outstanding cross-disciplinary environment passionate about customer experience, brand, communications, marketing, and digital.

Please note, this is an unpaid, two-day experience in our Chicago office on August 1st and 2nd, 2023.

VSA’s Data Science Practice works to bring our clients a point of view that’s grounded in data. The Strategists in our Data Science team are responsible for providing analysis and insights that fuel strategy development and design solutions. They play a meaningful role in growing the infrastructure to support the delivery of proprietary research methodologies. 

The Data Science shadow participant should have a love of statistics and an analytic skill set. They will display a natural curiosity for connecting storytelling with data and gain an opportunity to  shadow our team as they offer a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem solving. Please note, this is an unpaid, 2 day experience located in our Chicago office. 

Qualifications:

• Current senior enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited University studying data science or analytics focused coursework. 
• Interest in data visualization, and insight communication
• Experience conducting analysis in R is a plus.
