Experience VSA Program

We are opening up our doors in our Chicago and New York office to emerging talent! This two-day immersive experience will give our participants and overview of VSA and a full day of shadowing an experienced professional in their field. Our chosen participants will witness “real work,” with meetings, deadlines, and business challenges with current clients. This is a bird's eye view you won’t get in a classroom. Consider it a peek into your potential career future, with the freedom to learn, question and grow! You’ll be paired with an individual mentor and shadow in an outstanding cross-disciplinary environment passionate about customer experience, brand, communications, marketing, and digital.

Please note, this is an unpaid, two-day experience in our Chicago office on August 1st and 2nd, 2023.

VSA’s Project Management Practice collaborates to drive the approach, deliverables, schedule, and tools to deliver VSA Partners projects within established constraints and ensure accurate financial management of projects. They’re the glue that holds us all together! PMs interface heavily with senior marketing, technical, and executive management at the client level.

The PM shadow participant will observe our team as they manage and control the project scope to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget. We’re looking for problem solvers! If you're an organization geek, like to keep schedules on time and document processes for multiple teams for the sake of the project success, then this is a perfect team to watch in action. Please note, this is an unpaid, 2 day experience located in our Chicago office. 

Qualifications 

• Current senior enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited University studying business administration, project management, marketing, or related field.
• A passion for learning and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience coordinating traditional or digital projects is a plus. (including time management and organizational skill)
