More about the role

Ever/Body is looking for an experienced Esthetician who can both treat clients and work the front desk when needed. The right candidate is obsessed with all things beauty and skincare. Someone who has experience with laser technologies is a huge bonus, but not required. The Ever/Body way is all about taking your authentic passion for health, beauty, and wellness, and projecting that into making a client feel completely confident and safe. A great fit would be someone with formal training and experience that loves this industry. Candidate must have managerial leadership ability, outstanding customer services, sales and marketing skills, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products. We require night and weekend availability for this role.

What you’ll do:

• Have an excellent standard of service and maintain protocols
• Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a professional/clinical atmosphere
• Administer Emsculpt, HydraFacial, and other high performance beauty services
• Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients
• Work with the our Medical Provider team to develop a specific treatment plan for clients 
• Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care
• Ensure laser safety precautions are taken and documented in the patient's medical record
• Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
• Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars
• Ensure the safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
• Professional appearance reflecting the Industry
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
• Recommends various spa treatments, skin regimens based on client consultations

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years aesthetic experience preferred
• Med Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon industry experience is required
• Experience with skincare is a plus
• Experience with EMR software a plus

• Current state license
• Proven sales experience
• Loves the Industry and working with people
• Must be a self starter and a team player
• Knowledgeable of various Med Spa services and skin care
• Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services
• Laser license a plus, but not required
