Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals

Horne Kia is now hiring Automotive Sales Professionals to our Elite Team. We are the #1 Kia store, in the State. We have an Aggressive Pay Plan, great work schedule, and most Importantly INVENTORY! We have close to 700 in our pipeline, and Over 200 New on Ground! So, if you are a Seasoned Internet Sales Associate- We would like to chat with you. Responsibilities: • Answer customer calls and make follow-up calls on sales appointments • Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries • Provide customers with initial product information • Generate appointments • Follow up with leads • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management • Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications: • Must have strong computer and phone skill • Bilingual, Spanish is a plus • Previous experience in Automotive Internet Sales • Working knowledge of Dealersocket is a plus • Must have a pleasant phone voice and excellent writing skills • Team player attitude • Prompt and courteous • Enthusiastic personality • Must have strong computer and phone skills • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a Current/ Valid Arizona Driver's License • Must be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $7,000.00 per month Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Experience: • Dealership Sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Gilbert, AZ 85297 (Required) Work Location: In person
