Experienced Carpenter/tradesman

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced tradesmen familiar with remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, along with installation of windows, doors and decks. Carpentry skills, drywall/taping, and painting experience required. Tile work and luxury vinyl flooring experience a plus. We work Monday through Friday, primarily in the Park Ridge area and the surrounding suburbs. Valid drivers license required. Hourly pay dependent on level of experience. Duties • WorkHours-Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM • Provide a short report at the end of each day with pictures. • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. • Communicate well with customers, coworkers and our office staff. • Provide own hand tools. Power tools will be provided by company. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction or related trades is essential. • Strong skills in restoration techniques, framing, construction, painting, siding installation, tile laying, drywall. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. • Commitment to safety practices on job sites. • Join our team of professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and dedication to quality work!
