Experienced Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Duties: • Provide repair, maintenance, and/or installation services for customers as needed. • Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with all co-workers and customers. • Maintain communication with the dispatcher and service manager throughout shift. • Ensure all tasks performed are notated and attached to the corresponding call file and communicated with dispatcher. • Maintain company-provided vehicle to policy standards. • Communicate vehicle maintenance and truck stock needs with the warehouse manager as needed. • Maintain and utilize all company-provided technology in a professional manner. • Required on-call and holiday rotation. Skills/Qualifications: • Strong customer service and job ownership • Possess a minimum of 5 years field experience • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team mentality • Ability to troubleshoot modern HVAC and Refrigeration systems pertaining to individual department standards • EPA License required • Additional industry-specific certifications encouraged
