Experienced Consultant, Organizational Change Management

West Monroe is seeking an Experience Consultant with current business / technology consulting experience to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team within our Operations Excellence practice. Each consultant within our Operations Excellence practice is aligned to one of six focus areas including Financial Management, Organizational Change Management, Portfolio & Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Productivity, and IT Strategy & Business Process Outsourcing. 

We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of project and program-based, change management experience. As an Experienced Consultant on our change management team, you will serve our clients in several roles focusing on change management strategies, leadership engagement, communications, learning solutions, and organization alignment. In addition to client service delivery, you will be an integral part of our team that helps shape our practice culture through strategy, team building, practice development, etc.

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives 
• Support stakeholder analysis efforts and change management strategy development 
• Enable client-specific change management strategies through the development and execution of communications, learning approach to ensure user readiness, and learning materials 
• Develop client-ready communications to facilitate decision making, stakeholder awareness, and enablement 
• Assist in the development of tools, methodologies, and techniques used by West Monroe on client assignments 
• Assist in the development of project approaches and proposals for potential clients 
• Coach other consultants

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required 
• Prior consulting from either a large/strategic consultancy or internal corporate change management group is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years providing change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects and/or other transformational initiatives
• Experience in change management areas such as communications, learning and enablement, leadership engagement or change network management 
• Demonstrated success within one or more of West Monroe Partners’ core and emerging industries including Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance, Consumer Products, High Tech & Software, Banking and/or Private Equity
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communications, and client relationship skills  
• A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
• Ability to travel up to 50%
