Experienced Developer for D365 Business Central – R&D Projects

The Companial Engineering team is touching on the latest Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio Code AL language, Copilot, Extensions, PowerPlatform), being one of very few Microsoft ISV Development Centers we have direct consulting with Microsoft and receive the latest news and training on new technologies even prior other Microsoft Partners.

Companial is looking for an experienced Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for R&D projects to join a large NAV/Business Central R&D team in Vilnius, Kaunas or remotely.

What you are going to do:

• Develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions with AL language according to technical documentation 
• Participate in various development projects: internally at Companial to build tools for developers and external for Microsoft Partners 
• Adopt the newest techniques and technologies to BC development (BC AI toolkit, automated testing, etc.) 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the developed solutions seamlessly into the project and solutions’ environments 
• Support Microsoft Partners in designing BC custom solutions 

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central 
• Have a degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent, though relevant working experience is also acceptable
• Decent knowledge of Microsoft NAV/Business Central functionality 
• Experience with Python or .NET or low-code development (Microsoft Power Platform) in business environment 
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills, practically try out new technologies – also happy to share knowledge with others 
• Good spoken and written English 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team 
• Ability to independently identify when you are stuck and seek support 

What would make you stand out?

• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), Dataverse) 
• Knowledge and experience working with key AzureAI services, frameworks, and libraries such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Scikit-Learn, etc. 
• Certifications inMB-820 orAI-102
