Duties • Provide expert-level diagnostics, repairs, and installations. • Deliver a five-star customer experience through clear communication. • Educate homeowners, offering honest recommendations and solutions. • Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure efficient service delivery. • Consistently reflect American Electrical Core Values and stay on Mission. Qualifications • Proven experience as and sufficient time in a similar role. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work in various environments, including high end facilities. • Relevant Journeyman license, certifications or verifies training required.
